If a contractor fails to complete the work or it falls short of the agreed standard, the homeowner can raise a dispute. Following investigation, we can issue a full or partial refund.
Either party can raise a dispute through the app. Our resolution team reviews evidence from both sides and makes a fair, impartial decision — typically within 5 working days.
Homeowners are protected by our Money Back Guarantee. If a contractor fails to deliver, we'll make it right — either through a refund or by arranging another verified contractor.
